The petitioner is accused in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014, registered under Sections 392, 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Raj and Deepak Paswan, except the aforesaid confessional statement of the said accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13751 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
