Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has filed a petition in the court below wherein he has retracted from his earlier statement made in the FIR.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

Permission is granted.

This application stands dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order taking into account
