Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, petitioner was Bank Manager at the relevant time and according to prosecution case, co-accused, Praveen Kumar and Ramji Das got opened the account in the bank of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
