The name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Jalandhar Ray and two others and on the basis of aforesaid disclosure the petitioner was made accused in this case. Moreover, co-accused Jalandhar Ray and others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court and petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08.02.2016 and further more the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16132 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. case No. 06 of 2014.
