The informant's motorcycle was stolen away on 31.12.2014 on which he made enquiry and during the course thereof, he came to know from the witnesses, who had seen the petitioner taking away the motorcycle and on account thereof, he was in search of the petitioner whom he apprehended on 5.1.2015 and enquired from him regarding the motorcycle. It has been disclosed that the petitioner confessed and said to return back the motorcycle but he fled away. However, he again been apprehended and produced before the police. The informant and the petitioner happen to be co-villager and on account thereof, delay in lodging the prosecution case has got some sort of bearing. Accordingly, the petitioner Parvej alias Chenga is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Manish Pandey, Judicial
