Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 416 of Langik Apradh Adhiniyam.
The prosecution case is that the informant left her house 15 days before and while she was at Daltenganj Railway Station where the accused persons meet her and after conversion they had told that they are going to Latehar and they will drop her house at Laterther but they had kidnapped her and confined at his residence at Sasaramm near Durga Mandir.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22122 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It has further been submitted that the main allegation is against one Manoj Chauhan. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is wife of Manoj Chauhan and petitioner no.2 is sister of Manoj Chauhan.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners are named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas in in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 650 of 2014.
