The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 dated 01.03.2013 instituted under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 17.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12480 of 2014, by which the Court below was directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months. As the same was not done, a report was called for. Pursuant to the same the District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur has submitted a report dated 23.09.2016 in which it has been stated that he was likely to conclude the trial within one month.
