Patna High Court MJC No.3657 of 2017 dt.25-09-2019 2/3 ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to Advocate General for the State.

2. From the pleadings and materials on record, it transpires that the order dated 04.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2749 of 2015, has been complied with.

3. The stand is that out of the fifteen petitioners, fourteen of them have supplied papers, out of which nine have been found eligible and payment to seven have been made, whereas two persons have not appeared before the authorities to take payment. With regard to others, it has been stated that they are ineligible for various reasons.

4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the persons to whom payments have been denied may be permitted to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, against such rejection.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. It is made clear that with regard to petitioners no. 3 and 13, who have been found eligible but because they had not turned up payment has not been made, as has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners, upon them appearing before the

Patna High Court MJC No.3657 of 2017 dt.25-09-2019 3/3 authorities and completing the formalities, payment shall be made to them without any delay.
