JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One co-accused, Ranjeet Kumar was caught by police while he was trying to steal a bicycle and after that, co-accused disclosed that he used to sell stolen bicycles to the petitioner. The police raided the shop of the petitioner and recovered two bicycles which are said to be stolen property. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 23-02-2016.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14806 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-Ist-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.
