The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 504, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner fired from katta which hit on middle finger of right hand of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim. From perusal of injury report, it appears that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13, Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. case No.31 of 2019.
