2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that after the investigation the police has filed final form against the petitioners but the learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36805 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 below differed the final form and took cognizance against the petitioners. He submits that both the petitioners are neighbour. He further submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.354 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
