2. The petitioners pray for regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. Daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Md. Noor Alam and it is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by all the accused persons for dowry and lastly, she was killed by setting her on fire.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34843 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 allegation of demand of dowry and committing torture against these petitioners. In fact, the deceased committed suicide. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S.Tr. No. 153 of 2026, arising out of Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 362 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
