The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2014, arising out of Dandari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have fired at Ram Khelawan Yadav the grand-father of the informant causing his death. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
