JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2014 in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that a truck loaded with wheat was robbed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 2667/2015, 5001/2015 and 5566 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23479 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S.
