The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Waini OP) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.09.2020. Vide order dated 01.09.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that cognizance has been taken, case is pending for appearance of the accused and summons has been issued against the accused.
