Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, petitioner was working as Guard on the alleged date of occurrence and it was driver who fled away along with the money of the Bank. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that some accused were arrested and made their confessional statements but they did not even whisper about the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime.
