Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made Katta was recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.12.2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases, but taking into consideration the above stated fact as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
