JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner surfaced in this case when his photograph was found in C.C.T.V footage and on the basis of aforesaid material, he has been made accused in this case. Apart from the aforesaid fact, there are confessional statement of the coaccused and criminal antecedent of the petitioner and except that there is nothing against the petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.Parde, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
