Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he opened fire but the informant admitted in his written report that the firing of the petitioner did not hit the deceased. Furthermore, the allegation of assault by different weapons is against other accused. The postmortem report of the deceased also corroborates this fact that the deceased sustained injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substances.
