The petitioner, who is in custody since 13.08.2014 in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case no.50/2014, registered for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated.
Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
Keeping in view the period of custody and also nature
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21940 of 2015 (3) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 of accusation, let the petitioner Bijay Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Vijay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case no.50/2014.
