The petitioner seeks bail in Mashrak P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with dab a sharp edged weapon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one injury was found measuring 1⁄2 x 1⁄2 cm. on occipital of skull and the injury is opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 31.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21999 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Tiwari, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Mashrak P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014.
