JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 18.03.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 B of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, the informant got information regarding the incident from his son in law and after that he reached Sadar Hospital, Khagaria where the deceased was got admitted by her in laws.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21755 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014.
