In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 386, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint case was filed by the prosecutrix which was later on registered as police case. An allegation has been made in the complaint that the petitioner has offered Samosa and she became unconscious. Thereafter the petitioner made sexual assault on her. He has given an undertaking to enter into the marriage and continued to commit sexual assault upon her. It appears that the victim has filed an application to settle the issue
