JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the recovery made from conscious possession of the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection Bettiah ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 512 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order before the trial court, if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period of three months.
