2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relying upon the judgment rendered in the case of Akhilanand Singh v. State of Bihar as reported in 2018(3) PLJR 1029 submits that this Court in paragraph-39 of the judgment has directed the University to take decision with regard to absorption of teaching and non teaching employees of the college in the light of the discussion made in the judgment within a time frame of four months and in case the individual is found covered by the discussions made in the judgment, necessary decision and

3. Accordingly, he submits that the present writ application may be disposed in terms of paragraph 39 of the judgment of Akhilanand Singh (Supra).

4. Learned counsel for the B.N.Mandal University, however, submits that the individual case of the petitioner shall be examined by the University as per the discussions held in the judgment and appropriate decision in this regard shall be taken within four months.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, the present writ application is disposed of in terms of paragraph-39 of Akhilanand Singh (Supra).
