The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of certiorari for quashing the appointment letter of Respondent No.6 dated 26.02.2021 on the post of Anganbari Sevika for Ward No.2 of Centre No. 320 of village- Barha under Raghepura Gram Panchayat, P.S.- Patauna (O.P.) under P.S. Benipatti, District- Madhubani being illegal and unjustified and against the terms of appointment rules (Copy of which could

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
