Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the informant is an LIC agent. He withdraw Rs. 2, 90,000/- through cheque and came out of the bank and kept the money in a small bag and put the same in dickey and Rs. 10,000/- in his pocket. The moment he proceeded his motorcycle punctured the he went on repair shop. In the meantime he left the vehicle there and went to the nearby battery shop and when he returned he gave money to the puncture maker and when he opened the dickey he found the bag missing. He enquired from the puncture maker who disclosed that he does

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner's name has come during the course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
