JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner was disclosed to the informant by one Jawahar Mandal , who claimed that prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioner and others had taken wine in his company and they had come on two different motorcycles which are said to have been used by the criminals of the present case. Moreover, the looted motorcycle was recovered from an abandoned place and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 08.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
