Considering the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter.

The present proceeding is accordingly dropped. The application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise the issue of error in the calculation or the issue as to non-payment of difference of salary for the period from August, 2012 to June, 2013.

In case such claim is raised by the petitioner before the District Manager, Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies

Patna High Court MJC No.705 of 2017(6) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Corporation, Gaya along with a copy of this order, he shall be under obligation to decide the claim and also provide a copy of the calculation chart.
