JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.03.2015 in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 42 of 201 for the offences instituted under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the nephew of the informant who is minor, was missing since 23.02.2015. During search, the informant came to know that the petitioner who is the resident of same village has kidnapped his nephew for the purpose of marriage. The informant further alleged that the petitioner has kept her in Delhi.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2015 and the charge sheet has

P.C. statement which is annexure-5 to the present application, has stated that she had left with the petitioner with her own will and she has married the petitioner. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S.
