Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 384, 386, 387 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the Sim which had been used in the alleged occurrence was sold by the petitioner. The statement of one Premlata Kumari recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. goes to show that the aforesaid Sim got issued by other accused in her name after placing forged documents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on
