The dispute between the parties can be resolved by an early disposal of the partition suit.

In these circumstances, the Sub-Judge 1, Lakhisarai is directed to decide the suit within a period of one year. If any of the parties do not cooperate then the case will proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party.

The orders of the Revenue Authorities shall not be given effect to till the disposal of the title suit and neither of the parties will disturb the possession of the other side on the strength of any order passed by any Revenue Authorities. It is admitted position that the petitioner and the
