JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The trial court has reported that prosecution evidence has already been closed and the matter is pending for recording the defence evidence. However, the trial court has reported that trial of the petitioner shall be concluded within two months, if parties cooperate to the trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 707 of 2012 arising out of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 36 of 2011 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12192 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2015 However, learned trial court is directed to dispose of above stated Sessions Trial No. 707 of 2012 within a month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously.
