2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Excise-02, Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
