JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 29.08.2018. It is stated that there is a delay of eight days in compliance of the order. Mr. P. N. Sharma, learned A.C. to learned A.G. is present and has no objection in condonation of the delay and restoration of the writ application to its original file.
