This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.01.2022 passed in Barhara P.S. Case No.154 of 2016 by the C.J.M. Ara by which cognizance under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC has been taken. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all his grounds at the time of framing of charge.

If such an application is filed, the Court below will consider the application in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Case of Kanchan Kumar vs
