Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named and in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Manish Singh. Moreover, FIR named accused Krishna Kumar Singh as well as above-said co-accused Manish Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
