Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co- accused Rishu Singh and after recording confessional statement of co- accused Rishu Singh, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Dipak Bhagat has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
