Petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody since 25.3.2015 in a case registered under sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. It would appear that petitioner has filed divorce suit against the informant and it appears that earlier petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court with certain directions but before petitioner could surrender before the court below, he was arrested by the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ranjula Bharti, Judicial
