Learned counsel for the Opposite Party is present and submits that this application has become infructuous because the Matrimonial Case No. 105 of 216 (Divorce) filed by the petitioner herself stood dismissed for default on 16.07.2018 and till date no restoration application has been filed.

In the aforesaid circumstance and the fact that no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, this application is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.

The interim order stands vacated.
