Petitioner appears to be father of one of the F.I.R. named accused Pradeep Kumar Yadav and, according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Pradeep Kumar Yadav, who duped the informant and took money from him. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present when co-accused Pradeep Kumar Yadav took money from the informant. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04.02.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan (M.H.
