The petitioner is accused in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is direct allegation against the sole petitioner to shot fire at the temporal region of the deceased Sudhir Marhum. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 03.03.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
