Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for payment of GPF amount with Statutory interest who is a retired Assistant Engineer.

Counsel for State submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the GPF amount with interest has been paid. Counsel submits that he has received the payment but according to him, the interest amount has not been calculated properly as

The present writ application has been disposed off with a direction to the respondent to provide the detailed calculation chart about calculation of GPF to the petitioner and petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the authority if he found that no statutory interest has been paid to the petitioner on the GPF amount.

With the said direction, let this writ application be disposed off.
