Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to be main assailant. It is alleged that he opened fire on the deceased therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S.Case No. 240 of 2018, C.I.S No. 217 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Purnea stands rejected.
