Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 8 of the POCSO Act Although there is allegation that the petitioner and coaccused Chhotu Kumar Paswan tried to outrage the modesty of the informant as well as her sister but having more or less similar allegation co- accused Chhotu Kumar Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 28.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no.4434/2016 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 22.2.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Aurangabad
