Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the son of the informant was found missing and later on dead body was found. Co-accused Lalo Yadav @ Ajay Kumar confessed before the police that since his wife (the petitioner) had developed illicit relation with Vivek Kumar and Lalo Yadav @ Ajay Kumar had seen them in compromising position. Lalo Yadav @ Ajay Kumar and this petitioner committed murder of Vivek Kumar.

Submission is that there is no reason for this petitioner to be involved in murder of Vivek Kumar for the apparent

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No. 151 of 2019, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
