2. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 295 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was abused and assaulted by means of bricks, rod and belt with an intention to kill. It is further alleged that co-accused Ranjan Kumar assaulted the informant on the head with an iron rod, causing bleeding injuries. It has also been alleged that one Sonu Kumar sustained injuries on his left finger and other parts of his body. Further, it has been alleged that the petitioner, along with co-accused Natwar, snatched a gold chain and cash amounting to Rs. 2,500/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on account of local politics. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is no allegation of causing assault against the petitioner, the only accusation against the petitioner is that he along with co-accused Badal Kumar, took out the gold chain from the neck of the informant and also took out Rs.2,500.00 from the pocket of the informant, which, on the face of it, appears to be concocted one and has been levelled with a view to implicate this petitioner in the present case. It has lastly been submitted that though the petitioner is also accused in one another case, but he is on bail in that case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned,
