JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and her other family members, as a result of which several persons sustained injuries. Two injured sustained grievous injuries but rest injured are said to have sustained simple injuries. There is case and counter case and persons in counter case, too sustained injuries.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that having similar allegation, co-accused Baleshwar Yadav @ Baleshwar Roy as well as Jai Jai Ram Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No.14494 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the injured persons, who sustained grievous injuries, did not receive any grievous injury on their vital part of the body, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S.Case No. 116 of 2015.
