This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 343, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have suppressed their criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners are not entitled to press this anticipatory bail application.
