2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Farsa on the head of Suresh Rai causing grievous injury to him.

4. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. To save skin from the counter case bearing Jalalpur PS Case no. 132 of 2022, this false and frivolous case has been lodged. Injury found on the person of injured is not dangerous to life. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35250 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 prayer for bail and submitted that injury caused by the petitioner is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
